Place the point of the Acu-Health on the required acupuncture point (find this by listening to the audible signal becoming more high pitched when in that particular area) which can be verified by increasing the intensity and sensitivity so that when the treatment button is pressed you feel a slight stinging sensation. Turn the intensity and sensitivity down in order not to feel this sensation and press the treatment button for 30 seconds. Repeat this for other acupunture points recommended for your ailment. Usually treatment is required from 1 to 30 days then as and when.
