Multi functional massager to tone muscle, relax, rehabilitate and revitalise your horse. Used by Di Lampard, Nikki Barrett, Marie Burke. Robert Lemieux, John Bowen, Ben Maher, Katie Price etc.
"The most important qualities I look for when a horse is working are suppleness and looseness. By using the Equine Massager prior to work, the horses I train are much more physically and mentally relaxed and therefore find training sessions much easier. The ability to work on isolated muscle groups and the added bonus of the infra red facility mean any stiffness can be alleviated from the ground before training commences, thus minimising the risk of injury".
"I thoroughly recommend this massager to anybody who wishes to improve the training and day to day management of their horse, whether riding for pleasure or International Competition".
John Bowen (trainer to Olympic & World Silver Medallist Jeanette Breakwell and other international riders)
"The combination of a supple horse and supple rider is vital in Grand Prix Dressage. I’ve used the Full Body Massager as much on my own back as my horses - it’s kept us all in top shape".
Nicky Barrett (Former British National Dressage Champion)
"An essential piece of kit both on the circuit and at home. It gives great relaxation and freedom to the horses I’ve used it on, not to mention its help with injuries - I can’t recommend it enough".
Di Lampard (Queen Elizabeth Cup winner & British Team Member)
Acupuncture points have particular electrical properties and these, in the most simple terms, are areas of low skin resistance in comparison to the surrounding skin. They have no anatomical basis and only exist when looked at from an electrical point of view. It struck me that these points could be treated directly on the skin using a specific wave form without the insertion of a needle. Therefore, I constructed a prototype device that consisted of a simple circuit and a battery mounted on a pencil, and this yielded significant clinical results. I could teach a patient to find their own acupuncture points and then treat themselves using this device. I found this more successful than I had anticipated and this concept inspired the development of the Acuhealth machine.
