Cancellations & Returns
You have the right to cancel an order for up to 7 working days after the day following the delivery of the Products. Goods must not be returned for any reason without prior agreement. In all instances of agreed returns, details of invoice numbers and dates of supply must be included. The Customer shall be liable for carriage on returned items.
